Deaths In Larimer County Are Being Looked Into As Murder-Suicides

According to the Larimer County Sheriff’s Office, the deaths of a man and woman over the weekend near Estes Park are being looked into as a possible murder-suicide.

According to a Facebook post on the Larimer County Sheriff’s Office page, that is the case. The post claims that Estes Park Police were dispatched to a Pinewood Springs residence following a woman’s 911 call.

According to the post, the call’s dispatcher overheard yelling followed by gunfire. The Larimer County Sheriff’s Office, the Boulder County Sheriff’s Office, and the Estes Park Police arrived quickly. When they arrived, they discovered a deceased guy and a woman who had suffered severe injuries.

Also, a firearm was discovered there.

The patient died after being taken urgently to a nearby hospital. As stated in the post:

“The sudden loss of two lives has a lasting impact on families, friends, and first responders,” said Captain Bobby Moll, who leads the LCSO Investigation Division. “Calls like this are traumatic for all involved, and I want to commend the dispatchers, deputies, and medical crews who did everything they could in a very difficult situation. We will continue to support the affected families in the challenging days and weeks ahead.”
