Jack Dorsey Launches Bluesky to Rival the Bird App

Jack Dorsey, co-founder and former CEO of Twitter, has returned to the social media scene with the release of Bluesky, an alternative to Twitter currently in beta on the Apple App Store.

The app’s streamlined UI allows users to quickly compose and share a post consisting of up to 256 characters and attachments with the press of a plus button. In contrast to Twitter’s “What’s going on?” format, Bluesky uses the “What’s up?”
