A guy found walking a neighborhood in Spring, Texas, drenched in blood and missing his hand on Saturday afternoon is the subject of an investigation by the authorities who are looking into the incident.
Precinct 4 of the Harris County Constable’s Office Mark Herman made the information of the event available on social media just after 2:00 p.m. At the 23200 block of Aldine Westfield, the incident took place.
The man has not been identified, and there is still a lack of information regarding what took place.
