Debby received the Nantucket home that Bill and Debby purchased in 2006 for $4.6 million as part of their divorce settlement.
A 2-bedroom house on Shell Street and an 870,000-dollar property in the area were bought in 2014 and 2015, respectively, via firms that Bill had established.
