When Power Book 2: Ghost premiered, it immediately followed one of the most popular and profitable shows in Starz history, the original Power, thus it had some large shoes to fill.
Fans have been enthralled by Season 3 since it debuted in March 2023, but because of a cliffhanger in the most recent episode, they will have to wait until episode 9 to find out when Power Book 2: Ghost will return.
Ghost Episode 9 Release Date
On May 19, 2023, Starz will air Episode 9 of Power Book 2: Ghost season 3 in the US at 8/7c. Fortunately, there is just a two-week gap between episodes 8 and 9, as Power Book 2 will not premiere on May 12.
It’s not shocking that there will be a delay in between episodes because Starz wants to raise interest in the season’s final episodes while also giving viewers who are behind in the show a chance to catch up.

A Last Gift is the planned title for episode 9, and the official summary for the following chapter is as follows:
“Tariq works hard to stay ahead of information that could implicate the drug cartel and endanger the security of his family. In order to further their investigation, the feds intensify their efforts and choose a new target.

Power Book 2: Ghost Total Episodes
Power Book 2: Ghost’s third season will include a total of 10 episodes. Veteran viewers of the show shouldn’t be too surprised by this number since it matches the number of episodes in seasons 1 and 2.
There are just two episodes left before the season is through, though, after the brief break after episode 8. Fans will be happy to learn that Power Book 2 has already been renewed for season 4 even though season 3 is almost over. The news was released in January 2023, before season 3 had even begun.
It’s a terrific moment to be a Power fan, especially with the ongoing spin-offs, Books 3: Raising Kanan and 4: Force.
