According to the authorities in California, a man who was wrestling with police in Los Angeles over a pist*l was ki!!ed when the weapon fir*d and hit him in the neck.
A press release issued by the Los Angeles Police Department said, officers pulled him over around 11 p.m. on Friday, May 12, when he emerged from the vehicle brandishing a black 9mm handgun.
According to the police, an officer attempted to hold the man, who then surged forward.

The driver was struck in the neck by the bullet from the pistol as they were engaged in the brief battle. He was transported to a hospital, where it was determined that he had passed away.

At the site, both the loaded weapon as well as a spent 9mm casing were discovered. The man’s name is not being made public by the police until his family has been notified. According to the release, there were no injuries among the cops.
