After being shot early on Sunday, a woman is currently making a full recovery. Just after 1:30 in the morning, an officer with the Atlanta Police Department received reports of a woman being shot near a convenience store on Joseph Lowery Boulevard SW, according to Channel 2 Action News.
The officers came just in time to discover a female victim who had been shot in the stomach.
According to the findings of the inquiry, the woman was shot after becoming involved in a dispute with a passenger in a vehicle that was passing her at the time.
The victim was sent to the hospital, where she is currently doing well in her condition.

The identify of the person who was killed has not been made public. There has been no word from the authorities regarding whether or not anyone has been detained.
